Depending on your hard drive’s condition we can back-up your files so that you won’t lose them when we replace your defective hard drive. This can’t always be done, but we will try our best to save your information before we make the repair.

Otherwise we will replace it with a brand new, up to date part based on the configuration of your computer system. Of coarse, we can replace the broken part with anything you want, as long as it is compatible with your system.

Limitations
As a rule of thumb in technology, not all things can be fixed. Every now and then a problem will arise where some part, some piece of software, or something else can’t be repaired. Usually because a part or piece of software is out of date, no longer made or supported, so many things are broken it is better to buy it all new, etc. However, with all repair jobs we will endeavor to search far and wide to make sure that your computer is repaired and operating to your satisfaction.
