Price Match
If you find a product or service that we offer for cheaper at one of our competitors*, bring in an estimate or ad and we will offer you the product or service for cheaper.
*Competitors are considered those within our range of service. Our range of service is rated through our travel fees.
The ad must be current to products on competitor stock. If the competitor runs out of a product then price match will not apply. If competitor service or ad is out of date price match will not apply. All price match requests will be granted for current information only.

Estimates
Most estimates are free. Depending on the nature of your computer problem an on site inspection may be required. If an on site inspection is necessary to properly estimate the cost of your service request, then travel fees (read below) may apply. If an onsite inspection requires excessive labor you will be charged the normal labor rate. Most estimates can be made without an on site inspection. To fill out a service request click here.
IMPORTANT
All estimates will included a projected cost of parts, labor, and any fees that may apply to your service request. This is STRICTLY an estimation. All estimations are subject to change depending upon the complications that occur within the process of completing your service request. If a change is going to happen in the cost of your estimate after we have begun processing your service request, all work will be halted, and you will be informed of the appropriate adjustments to your estimate. At that time you will be given several choices upon how to proceed. This way you will be in control of what is happening with your service request and how much you will be charged.
A service request may be completed in less time or with a lower parts cost than listed in your estimate. When this happens your estimate will be adjusted automatically to a lower total cost. If this happens you will be informed of this lower cost at the time of your billing and any refunds will be made.
NOTE If you choose to stop a service request from continuing due to a change in the projected estimated price or because you feel it isn’t worth it. You will still have to pay us for services rendered up to that point.
NOTE All parts quoted on the estimate must be paid for before work will begin on your service request.
NOTE If more than 15 minutes is needed to assess the cost of a service request then a normal labor fee will be charged.
NOTE Estimates are not available for consultation services.

Billing
Once a service request has been completed you will receive a bill that must be paid for at the time of issue. At the time of billing you will be refunded for any parts that you previously paid for that were not used in the processing of your service request. Failure to comply with the payment of the bill will be in violation with the pre-service contract. To read the pre-service contract click here.

Labor Fees
All Labor rates are standard for computer repair and general services. Consultation and Custom PC services have their own rate structures. Depending on the nature of the service request you may be charged a mixture of labor and consultation fees respectively.
$15.00 per half-hour (0 - 30 minutes)
$30.00 per hour (31 - 60 minutes)

Fees cover all ”labor” on your computer system. This includes hardware and software repair, upgrades, installations, setups, virus removal, etc. These fees do not include parts, accessories, software, etc. Any replacement parts, accessories, software, etc. will cost you extra on top of the half-hour and hourly wages. Travel fees may also apply.
Repairs that take 0 - 30 minutes cost $15.00 per half-hr. Repairs that go from 31 - 60 minutes cost $30.00 per hour. (i.e. 1 hour 30 minutes will cost you $45.00. $30.00 for the first 60 minutes and $15.00 for the last 30 minutes)
Any parts that are needed for a repair must be paid before work will begin.

Consultation sessions that take 0 - 30 minutes cost $10.00 per half-hr. Sessions that go from 31 - 60 minutes cost $20.00 per hour. (i.e. 1 hour 30 minutes will cost you $30.00. $20.00 for the first 60 minutes and $10.00 for the last 30 minutes) There are no estimates available for consultation.

Custom PC Fees
Any custom computer system that we build doesn’t fall under our labor fee structure. The price of a custom computer system is all inclusive. Custom computer systems are priced upon standards and then modified appropriately depending upon the request of the individual that wishes to purchase a system. The price of a custom computer system is ultimately based upon the purchase agreement between ourselves and the buyer. For more information please consult the Custom PC’s page under Services.

Travel Fees
Our business is located in the vicinity of Chatham, MI. At the moment we will only conduct on site services. Depending on your location from Chatham, travel fees may apply. The travel fees are as follows.
0 - 5 miles - FREE
5 - 10 miles - $5.00
10 - 15 miles - $8.00
15 - 20 miles - $12.00
20 - 30 miles - $16.00
30 - 40 miles - $20.00
Beyond 40 miles can be done, but a price for travel expenses will have to be calculated upon request.

Travel Fees include all travel needed to complete a service request. Travel fees are charged per service request. If you request service while another service is still being completed you will be charged an another travel fee. Travel Fees will be added to a service request at our sole discretion.
Free Estimates that need on site inspection will require a travel fee according to the chart at the left. If you accept our estimate for a service request the travel fee will go toward the service request. If you do not accept our estimate or services you will only be charged the travel fee. If you are in the “FREE” range of the milage chart you will not have to pay for travel charges for a free estimate. However those who are in the “FREE” range of the milage chart who do not accept our estimate or services will be charged a $5.00 travel fee.
